Students participated in an exciting Robotics Construction Challenge where teams of two from Standards IV to VII worked together to construct the strongest possible bridge using exactly 100 Popsicle sticks and fevicol. Participants had one hour to build a bridge that spanned a 50 cm gap while maintaining a maximum height of 30 cm. The bridge deck featured a clear path measuring 5 cm wide and 7.5 cm high to accommodate the test apparatus. While design creativity was encouraged, loading was only applied parallel to the deck. Victory went to the team whose bridge withstood the highest load before failure.
