A Robotics Workshop titled Fostering STEM Education was held on February 18, 2025, at Fairyland High School, Goa Velha. Organized by Qurious Mind in collaboration with JCI Mapusa, Sigma Laboratories Pvt Ltd, and Goa Livelihoods Forum, the workshop introduced students to the exciting world of robotics through a hands-on learning experience.
Using Qurio Reach kits from Qurious Mind, students worked in small teams to assemble their first robots from scratch. They identified different components, learned how they functioned, and collaborated to build a basic working model. The interactive approach encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity, as students helped each other troubleshoot and refine their designs.
By the end of the session, every student had successfully built a functioning robot and gained a solid understanding of fundamental robotics concepts. Beyond technical skills, the workshop also fostered confidence, analytical thinking, and engineering problem-solving—key abilities for future innovators.
