  • The item must be returned within 7 – 10 days of the return approval
  • Returns initiated after the 14-day window may not be accepted

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team through email or the website’s return portal
  2. Return Authorization: Wait for our confirmation and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship Return: Send the item back using a tracked shipping service
  5. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed

Refunds

  • Original payment method will be used for refund
  • Processing/Credit time: 7 – 10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and downloaded software
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item or packaging
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • A replacement or full refund will be issued

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase
  • Available only for unused items within the return window
  • Subject to product availability

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping/Delivery will be done within 7 – 10 days
  • Replaced product will be shipped/delivered within 7 – 10 days on return of damaged or incorrect items
  • Free shipping on damaged or incorrect items

Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Free shipping on replacement item
  • Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
