Robotics education is shaping the future, and at Qurious Mind Infotainment Pvt Ltd, we believe that well-equipped educators are key to inspiring young innovators. Our Train-the-Trainer Program (T3) successfully equipped teachers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively teach robotics.
Held on 18th and 19th March 2025 at Errymaple International School, Zvishavane, Zimbabwe, this intensive two-day training program brought together 24 educators eager to enhance their expertise in robotics education. Led by Flt. Lt. Manoj Jamsandekar (retd), founder and director of Qurious Mind Infotainment Pvt Ltd, and supported by Prabita Sawant Desai, NSQF instructor, participants received hands-on training in both technical and pedagogical aspects of robotics instruction.
Key Learning Outcomes:
– Techniques for conducting engaging robotics workshops
– Practical experience with robotics kits
– Strategies to create an interactive and inspiring classroom environment
– Evaluation methods to assess student progress
The T3 program not only imparted essential knowledge but also fostered a community of skilled trainers committed to advancing high-quality robotics education across Zimbabwe. Through structured evaluations and feedback, participants left the program well-prepared to ignite curiosity and innovation among young learners.
