Flt Lt Manoj Jamsandekar served in the elite Indian Air Force after graduating from Walchand College of Engineering. In his eight years of service, Manoj held the critical role of officer-in-charge of Launchers in PECHORA missiles. Transitioning to the IT industry post-retirement, Manoj spent the next decade working with global majors such as IBM and HCL, gaining extensive experience and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Convinced of robotics and AI’s major role in all aspects of human life, Manoj resolved to teach robotics to children in India, especially at the grassroots level. He founded Qurious Mind to pursue his passion for helping kids Create.
A firm believer in the power of ideas and collaboration, he fosters an environment where creativity is encouraged and ideas are freely shared. Manoj believes that growth comes from mutual learning and open exchange. These principles of sharing and collaboration are deeply embedded in the values of Qurious Mind, guiding the organization’s mission to empower and inspire the next generation of innovators.

Yogesh, a technology enabler for over 25 years through his computer technology hardware business, Tek Smart, has played a pivotal role in driving numerous state-level innovation initiatives in Goa. As a consultant and vendor, his contributions have been instrumental in shaping the technological landscape of the state.
A certified soft skills trainer and a pragmatic businessman, he brings a unique understanding and expertise in scaling the technical learning niche. Driven by a keen entrepreneurial spirit, Yogesh is known for infusing growth and profitability into his ventures. It is under his leadership that Qurious Mind is reaching out to grassroots Robotics learning through collaborations, partnerships and educational camps and workshops. With Qurious Mind, he is determined to bring Robotics education to every school and household in the state of Goa and, subsequently, the entire nation.
Yogesh also contributes much of his time and efforts to driving social causes through his association with Junior Chamber International and other social initiatives. His multifaceted approach combines business acumen, educational innovation, and social responsibility, making him a distinguished figure in the technology and social sectors.
